Michael has extensive knowledge of adult learning and is focused on creating work environments that foster growth.  He applies his skills and knowledge to produce behavioral and attitudinal change, to increase motivation and to minimize resistance. All of which maximizes the learning processes. 


He received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Speech Communication from Case Western Reserve University.  Since then, he has designed and developed over 40 workshops in employee development and has personally delivered 3000+ days of training in:

He has conducted training for companies throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand and Australia.  His clients have included Boston Scientific, PAREXEL, GE Capital, AT&T, Biogen, Dassault Systèmes, The Mayo Clinic, American Management Association, Accenture, Galileo International, American Medical Association, The Jackson Laboratory and Canon.  He also teaches critical thinking, interpersonal communications and public speaking at DeVry University. 


As an executive for Accenture, he worked with business units to strategize learning solutions, develop course material, train faculty, deliver numerous management and business process courses and manage large multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams to deliver intensive one week conferences. 


In addition, for the past 20 years Michael has created and managed corporate training departments and has been involved with all aspects of corporate training and development.  He has developed corporate training strategies, conducted needs assessments, developed curriculum, designed and written courseware, and implemented complex program rollouts.
