Michael Sugarman is an energetic, compassionate and motivating facilitator and coach who builds great rapport with his audiences and is focused on achieving maximum learning.

Michael has extensive knowledge of adult learning and is focused on creating work environments that foster growth. He applies his skills and knowledge to produce behavioral and attitudinal change, to increase motivation and to minimize resistance. All of which maximizes the learning processes.

He received his BA and MA in Speech Communication from Case Western Reserve University and has completed his coursework, qualifying exams and pre-dissertation project for a PhD at Northwestern University.

His clients have included Fresenius Kabi, College of Lake County, Boston Scientific, PAREXEL, GE Capital, AT&T, Biogen, Dassault Systèmes, The Mayo Clinic, American Management Association, Accenture, Galileo International, American Medical Association, The Jackson Laboratory and Canon.

As an executive for Accenture for 10 years, he worked with business units to strategize learning solutions, develop course material, train faculty, deliver numerous management and business process courses and manage large multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams to deliver intensive one-week conferences.

In addition, for the past 20 years Michael has created and managed corporate training departments and has been involved with all aspects of corporate training and development: He has developed corporate training strategies, conducted needs assessments, developed curriculum, designed and written courseware, and implemented complex program rollouts.
